This is probably a good place to ask... when you buy canned "roasted
green chiles" (e.g. La Victoria or Ortega brand) what kind of chile
does it consist of ? That is, what IS a "green chile"?
And yes, home-made adobo and home-made mole is the only way to go...
wish my wife had more time to make it! <sigh>....
