Truffles are so precious that you must not waste them to make simple recipes
with simple ingredients such as eggs.
Death of truffle is eggpasta "Tagliolini" with butter and truffle grated
over in very thin slices. Then you can make "Risotto al tartufo" or Albese
meat, a sort of "carpaccio" od raw meat. Only if you have many kilos of
truffles you can take the liberty to cook them in Frittata.
