You have it bass ackwards.
Tylenol is hard on the liver.
Idiots that try to commit suicide with it fail initially,
but a large overdose literally kills the liver.

They die of liver failure in 1 to 2 weeks.

Ibuprofen can be hard on the kidneys, but only if you abuse it.
Drink plenty of fluid with it and you will be fine.
