I'd suggest a trip to your local restaurant supply shop; they're bound to
have some. I was just looking (longingly, I might add, 'cause I can't
justify buying one, regardless of price) at knife pouches the other day and
thinking how nifty they are.

I did buy a new saute pan, though. :P
