I think OTC saline spray has some sort of preservative in it -- besides the
salt and water; I wonder why? I did have a proper ratio of salt to water
to use in my neti pot, but also if the temperature wasn't body temperature,
it killed my sinuses, would send me right up to the ceiling with pain.
