I realize it sounds kinda gross, but Dr. Cohen taught me to do this, and
it really feels sooooo good if you do everything right. :-) I'm sorry
the other user experienced pain! The vast majority do not. It only hurt
me if I got the salt mix wrong! Think of plain water or sea water up
your nose. <lol> You CAN buy pre-made physiological saline solutions for
100% correct concentration every time if you are not sure you can get it
right. :-)

It sure is wonderful for quick relief, and one HECK of a lot healthier
than getting addicted to nasal sprays!
