Crab Meat Appetizer

I'd change this significantly by using a mixture of rice wine vinegar and
lime juice instead of the cider vinegar, cutting out the water, adding a
couple sliced habaņeros, and then mixing with avocado chunks just before
serving. Maybe garnish with cilantro.
I wonder how it would be if you used red onions and pickled them in the
vinegar before adding the other ingredients. I just might try that.
