I did some visualization when I was recovering -- funny what the mind comes
up with. My everyday visualization when I was up and looking out the window
was seeing a lot of Indians (4-10 of them dressed in Indian attire)
wandering around in my yard keeping 'whatever' away. I "felt" that they
protected me.
I tried to do a lot of visualization techniques using the books' ideas, but
I could never get them going in my head. I think you have to come up with
your own.
