This doesn't involve meat, but I do love to make lady fingers at
Halloween. You put some almonds and a few drops of red food coloring
in a plastic bag, shake to color the almonds, and set aside. That
will be your fingernails. Then take some refrigerated bread stick
dough and cut each in half across the width. Pinch in the sides of
each stick in the middle and near the top, then score knuckle lines
across the pinched-in sections. Press an almond fingernail at the top
of each finger. Bake according to the package directions and brush
with garlic butter.
Something involving meat -- hmmm, maybe sandwiches with your favorite
meat filling cut out with Halloween cookie cutters.
Foccacia topped with sausage, cheddar, and black olives for a black
and orange pizza.
Ribs -- call them monster bones.
