Yes and no. If I'm specifically making "Cincinnati Chili" then - yes; if
I'm making my regular recipe for chili then - no.

As a once a year thing, Cincinnati Chili is good but I prefer my regular
version of chili with ground beef, KIDNEY BEANS, etc..
