Not normally, but if I do, I carry a handful of ziplock bags.

I hate it when other people let their dogs crap on the front my
property, so I don't allow it either.

Some people are ass holes.
I do my level best not to be. :-)

My yard is fully fenced so the dogs have plenty of freedom.
They don't need to be "curbed".
