Pasta Sauce With Lemon And Garlic

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup tomatoes -- stewed
1/4 cup basil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Ready, set, cook!
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add garlic until tender.
Remove from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 1
to 2 minutes, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice
and tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Serve over
cooked pasta.
