That's cool... but not the turkey!
IMHO cranberry/orange relish does better sitting for a month, especially
with a hair of brandy added to it.
Freezing stock in advance is not a bad idea either. I'm on vacation
right now thru the end of next week and that does not sound like a bad
idea.
But not the turkey....... ;-)
