They're great, but read the directions.
I tried carving a turkey on an antique ceramic
platter, and I was amazed to discover the knife
went right into the platter just like it was
a paper or styrofoam plate!

According to the directions you have to watch
out for your fingers. You can take off all your
fingers in one stroke! Hope this helps! :-)
