Jill's soup recipe calls for two large butternut squashes, to total 4
pounds.
I just weighed these puppies. They're 5 pounds each! I live in the
land of Paul Bunyan, ya know? These were locally grown.

The large ones I bought at the grocery store later were 4 pounds and
3-1/2 pounds. I can make four batches of squash soup with what I have
on hand. Gotta get more freezer containers. LOL!
