I get the "dry" ones (where you drain the noodle-cooking water and then add
a bunch of sauce/oil/powder containing sachets that come with it), and
serve them with chopped raw chinese cabbage on the side and a crispy-fried
egg on top.
My favourite one is the Indo Mie brand Mi goreng or Mi goreng satay
