Default Using WATER to crisp up rolls, croissants, etc.

When you bring home store-bought rolls, croissants, etc, do this for a
crisp crust.
I can take a frozen croissant out of the freezer and have it hot and
crisp in 3 minutes or less. If starting from frozen, defrost in
microwave.
Wet the outside of the roll/croissant thoroughly--top and bottom. Put
it in your toaster-oven for about one minute, or until you can tap the
crust with your fingernail, and it is hard and crispy.
Works like a charm.
Enjoy,
