Overcooked I'd say, also, I'd never poach them! I will grill them sometimes,
but by far my favourite is to fry them, but *in butter* with a little pepper
and a couple whole peeled cloves of garlic in the pan too. I can eat a plate
full of just those like that - delicious and always tender ',;~}~
