I don't normally cook by receipes (I need to have smelled/eaten
something before I can cook it so I know how it's supposed to end up, by
the same token once I have, I rarely need the receipe any more <g>) but
when I want to reference something I often look into "Great Dishes of
the World" by Robert Carrier. Mine is a mass paperback edition, Sphere
Books. Quite a volume.
