Take note, this clown is a troll. Not only easily recognized by the
manner of his posting, but in particular by the fact that he's got a
'score keeping' crosspost to a dead newsgroup.

So if you find it humourous to reply to his posts, at least remove the
scoring group from the follow up. Otherwise he'll just keep coming back.
Do not feed the troll, even in rec.food.cooking ;-)

As for the subject in hand, I believe that cooking in an umu is
traditional ... I am afraid that the local Ngapuhi, although once feared
throughout the land, have let the practice slide a bit, though.
