OBFOOD: I once had an excellent (farm raised English) deer roast served with
bitter herbs, wild mushroom and cognac sauce at a London restaurant. It was
superb with a bottle of Italian red ( as I remember.......it might have been
Spanish). Pureed turnips and carrots come to mind as well.
