I did this last year for my family and it was a huge success!
I checked at Kinko's, but found I got a better price at a local print
and copy shop. Mine had a plastic cover and was spiral bound. The
books cost $7.00 each and had 76 pages.
Also, I set mine up in Adobe and it worked beautifully.
