Yes, they should trim OTHER people's sigs out of
their reply, but that's not the issue I'm talking about.

You are correct, but the thing is that in the process
of addressing that problem, they created an altogether
new problem. Their new software conceals YOUR own
sig in each following post within that same thread
unless you vary it each time.
