Are you installing two lazysuzans "stacked" (one under the the kitchen
counter and one above the kitchen counterspace to the ceiling?

I have this design. The bottom two levels hold my portable electric
kitchen appliances and the paper towel stand. The top three tier is all
spices and recipe box holder, etc.
