I would recommend the Family cookbook Project website at
www.familycookbookproject.com, this site is set up to help you not only
format and print your cookbook, but also have other contribute recipes
if you want. We used it this year and plan on giving our cookbooks as
presents this Christmas. The site made it very easy to enter the
recipes and choose different covers and layouts. I highly recommend it.
