bad smelling pork...what's up?
This is the second time in the last few months this has happened. I picked
up a couple of pork shoulder roasts to smoke for pulled pork. The use by
date on them says November 18th. Today is the 15th....so why does it smell
so bad? It looks normal, not brown or gray or anything. I opened the package
and the smell about gagged me. Has anyone else had this experience? I assume
it's bad...at least, I won't eat it. I'll be returning it. Ugh.
