Yes! I had them in New Orleans a few years ago. I thought they were similar
to another favorite of mine, fresh (FRESH, I say!) black-eyed peas. (In
fact, you can make Hoppin' John with them.)

But I understand that they're really exactly the same as a lima bean. :-)
