No, the salted ones. Unsalted are gross. Unless you cook them with
cream of mushroom soup. For a true gourmet treat, shell the
sunflowers, simmer them with cream of mushroom soup in a crock pot for
8 hours, then remove and stuff large mushroom caps with them.
