Don't know what you call it, but it's a large flour tortilla spread in
thin layers with refried beans, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and whatever
else seems to fit (like sliced black olives?). You roll it into a
tight cylinder then cut into bite-sized portions. Secure with
toothpicks if necessary. I've had it at many large parties and never
seen any left over. -aem
