Probably, yes

But not tomatoes! Actually, you probably can you pizza
dough. I don't know by heart how many times Zwiebelkuchen dough rises,
once or twice. One way or another, it would taste good.

Greek or Turkish yogurt (or any other thick yogurt), mixed with garlic,
lots of grated cucumber and mint (optional). I like to drain the
cucumber,e specially when the zaziki isn't served immediately. It
prevents the zaziki from getting soggy.
