White Chocolate Cranberry Nut Cookies

Great Christmas cookie!

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 T. vanilla or almond extract
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
1 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In small bowl,
combine
flour and baking soda. Set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, brown
sugar
and white sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla or almond
extract.
Slowly stir the flour mixture into the sugar mixture. Mix in chips,
cranberries and nuts. Drop onto prepared cookie sheets, 1 inch apart.
Bake 9
minutes. Allow cookies to cool 1 minute on cookie sheets and transfer
to
wire racks.
