SFO sourdough
I was on a flying visit to San Francisco, from the UK, and managed to get
hold of a loaf of Semifreddi's sourdough batard. It's sourdough bread
alright though only wheat, not rye. Having never had SFO bread before I am
curious to know how this compares with other sourdough breads in the area.
On my next visit I intend to sample a bit more thoroughly.
