Filipinos usually eat Lumpia with banana sauce/ketchup

or vinegar that is laced with lots of garlic.

Lumpia Dipping Sauce:

* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup vinegar
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients; serve with hot lumpia
