Thursday, and that's pushing it. It's to make mint chocolate chip ice
cream for my niece, who's visiting from Pennsylvania on Friday. She's
going back on Saturday.

Should have added a biggie: she has celiac disease, so it has to be
gluten-free. *Shouldn't* be a problem with an oil, but I'd have to call
the manufacturer first, or otherwise check it out.

Thanks for the mention of Lorann; they have a retailer-locator on their
web site, and I may have found a location not too far away. And it seems
that their flavors are gluten-free.
