Non-Alcoholic Fruitcake?

There's nothing about fruitcake that really requires booze. If you are
concerned that it needs more moisture, soak the *raisins* in something
-- water, vermouth, orange juice, apple juice, etc. (I used half water
and half orange juice once and it turned out lovely.) I wouldn't soak
the cherries, pineapples, dates, etc. if I were you cuz you'll have a
mess. HTH :-)
