Teaspoons and tablespoons (as well as cups) are LEVEL measurements
unless otherwise stated in a recipe. :-)
Heaping? I'd double it...
But, if you are trying to use THAT as your protein source, you are
better off with whey protein. Brewers yeast, to me anyway, is more of a
supplement. It's very high in B-complex for a start.
