I'd go for the apple juice, I think. I'd be looking for a mild and
neutral flavor -- that's why apple juice, white grape juice, and pear
juice are usually included in "100% fruit juice" beverages. It allows
for "100%" statement without significantly changing the flavor of the
label-named flavor.
