Does anyone know where I can get hold of the file CHOCOLATE RESOURCES
which is apparently part 2 of the FAQ. Or is it as old as the FAQ
(1998) and hence no longer any use?

Does anyone know any good chocolate websites with good links to
manufacturers etc?
