As of now, all of the above are finished

I was on a roll Monday so
got quite a bit finished. The trick is making one dough while the other
is cooking aided by a 3 rack convection oven

Candymaking is not time
consuming at all so it goes quickly. Dinner was really nice. The
venison came out perfect. I marinaded the venison then seasoned and
wrapped in bacon. The end result was a nice moist, melt in your mouth
venison. The wine sauce went over well so I'll definitely roast the
venison that way again.
