WHAT???
You forgot Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras, Martin Luther King's Birthday,
Groundhog Day, President's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and the Ides of March.
And with a bit more effort, I'm sure I could find at least half-a-dozen more
reasons to celebrate between Christmas and Easter.
By the way, the Valentine's Day cake is a helluva lot easier if you bake one
eight-inch round cake and one eight-inch SQUARE cake. Then cut the round
cake in half and put the halves against adjacent edges of the square cake.
