Oh dear... the problem is some people believe a ground hog (which is a small
furry animal) can tell if it will be a cold winter. So they sit and wait
for this critter to come outside and see if it will see its shadow. If it
does, it fortells 6 more weeks of winter. The "official" ground hog is
known as Punxsutaney Phil

He can tell the weather... um... yeah, right. I can tell you if it will be
