One of the problems is with the definition of 10% power most microwave ovens
define this as 100% power 10% of the time hence the cooked on the outside and
frozen on the inside. IMHO there really is no way to use the nuker do defrost
successfully. It can help speed the defrosting process but never do an adequate
job.
