Heh....I presume you mean the newly-released Ch. Producers 2005, a
veritable Beaujolais Nouveau compared with the deceptively successful
1968 vintage. ( "Opulent notions of leather and ham." - Paul Gregutt,

Back then it was Springtime for vintners in Germany, so I'd go with a
light, bubbly riesling.
