What works best for you, is what works best for you.

Sorry for the "non-answer..."

I can tell you which brands people generally find "good", but there is
so much more when purchasing and using knives. They are an ergonomic
choice. You have to try what you think will work, and determine if they
really do. All the major brands have pros and cons. But is brand A the
best for you? Only you can tell.
