Default Anyone Here on the South Beach Diet?

I've was on South Beach for several months this year, then fell off
the wagon. However, a couple of workmates were on it and swore by it.
One said she found it much easier than WW, as you didn't need to count
points. I found it pretty easy too.

The first two weeks are the hardest, when your choices are limited. It
widens out after that. It's nowhere near as limiting as Atkins and
there's a pretty good range of foods allowed.

After the New Year I plan to diet again. I haven't decided yet whether
to do SB again or WW.
