I'm not, but from the PBS 'Frontline' show I saw the other night about diets
it seems to make the most sense to me.

Oddly enough, the host of the show was the (then) little boy who played
Gilbert, from 'Leave it to Beaver' LOL In this show he talks about how back
in the 1950's everyone was encouraged to eat, eat, eat... clean your plate!
Remember those starving kids in China! Now he's looking for a diet that
will give him healthy choices and also satisfy the palate. It was an
interesting program. Check your local PBS listings to see if Frontline will
show it again.
