How about the Greek Festival and the Italian Festival in Memphis? Are they
on your list? Mentions of them are buried in this article which is mostly
about Memphis in May & the BBQ contest associated with it. Also mentioned
is a Crawfish Festival held in the spring. There's a contact number at the
top of the page; maybe they have more info.
