I imagine anyone driving at night with their lights off is quite
aware of the fact- flashing your lights at them as you approach is
basically saying, "hey dumbass... turn your lights on!" at which point
(in Detroit apparently) you find yourself peppered about the face, neck
and chest with teen agnst 9mm. lead.
So I say... "leave the driving lesson communique's to the cops- good
samaritans oft' find themselves victems of their charity." Kev
