I can see it creeping back here and there. When I lost the weight I ate lean
meats if at all, fish, only whole grains, no white bread or pasta, lots of
fake meat things like tofu and seitan. It really worked. It wasn't a strict
diet or anythign, it was just making better choices about food. Of course, now
my choices have me eating kraft mac and cheese, and chipotle burritos and
neither of those things are very good.

Dude, you have no idea! I am seriously amazed David stuck around for that. I
went off the pill more to save the relationship than anything. It was bad.

I really only smoke socially, I know I could stop smoking if I wanted. I
haven't had a cigarette all weekend and I haven't really noticed. Thing is, I
like it, I like to do it and I don't want to quit right now. I figure if David
and I get to the point where we're thing about kids, then yeah I'll quit.
