Thanks for your tips. No, we don't get 'Chef at Home.' I do wish we were
able to see more foodnetwork shows that Europe and Canada get. But am glad
to get what I do.
Will make soon for mid-afternoon lunch/dinner: New recipe for the Costco
pork chops bought yesterday (perhaps 12 of them.) Then I'll vacuum and
freeze what we don't eat.
Chops to fill crock pot
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcester sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons mustart
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix together and pour over meat in pot. Cook until tender.
Low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
